"Butterflies in My Belly": In 2009, a children's book on anxiety called "Butterflies in My Belly" was published. This was written by one of the agency's Social Workers, Jacqueline MacKay MSW, as a way to assist children dealing with anxiety. This resource can be used with children, parents, caregivers and professionals.
